PLX 발표문 (PlayCoin 리브랜딩 및 재상장 안내)

Greetings from team PlayCoin.

It’s been two years since PlayCoin came into the world. We have received a lot of attention for its unique business model of blockchain game platform and social mining for indie developers and have been focusing on blockchain games and many other businesses with PlayWallet as the hub for the past two years.

Recently, many other ICO projects have failed to achieve their goals, or there were many “scam” projects only focused on ICO funding, causing social controversy. PlayCoin is not a scam project or a broken project because it fails to achieve its goal. However, from the perspective of the project’s objectives and profitability, we concluded that it would be better to expand and improve the current business and continue to expand the ecosystem and make substantial profits rather than to maintain the initial business model of PlayCoin. Therefore, we have decided to pivot our business model.

The new business model supports the crypto projects of partners and subsidiaries and is designed to create a flexible revenue structure as holding companies. PlayCoin has been collaborating on various projects with many partners and cooperating companies. Some of these projects didn’t match up with our new business model, so we only provided technology, but we invested in others with high growth potential. Among them, we selected high-performing and high-growth projects and included them in the PlayCoin Crypto Alliance. If a collaborating project’s growth is not matching the projected rate, we will spin-off them, and one with a higher growth rate, a higher chance of inclusion they will have.

The PlayCoin Crypto Alliance (PLX) buys back 20% of the profits of the included projects, gradually reducing the amount of PLX in the market, and supports PLX to participate in token sales of new projects or one-way swaps of PLX to new project tokens. This is a new business model for existing PlayCoin and new PLX investors and holders.

PlayCoin is rebranding as PlayX (PlayCoin Crypto Alliance) and will be re-listed on exchange. At the beginning, the amount of the reward may not satisfy the holders, but we will continue to reward the existing PlayCoin holders, and the rebranded PLX (PlayX) will satisfy investors and holders by applying a carefully calculated compensation model to increase business continuity and profitability. We start with the Crypto Alliance business model for several projects.

As the reflection of holders’ desire, we will always try hard and reward holders with sincerity.

日頃は格別のお引き立てを賜り、誠にありがとうございます。

さて、PLAYCOIN(PLY)発行から約2年が経ちました。今日まで無事に社業を務めさせていただいたのも、ひとえに皆様のご厚誼・ご支援の賜物と、深く感謝申し上げます。

つきましては、日頃お世話になっております皆様に心よりの感謝の意を表したく、PLYをもっと強力なビジネス内容に再構築し、ホルダー様の収益につながることを考えました。

振り返ってみれば、当初はインディーズ開発者のためのブロックチェーンゲームプラットフォームとソーシャル・マイニングという独自なビジネスモデルをもって多大な注目を浴びたプレイコインですが、プレイウォレットをハブとするブロックチェーンゲームやその他の事業に集中し、約2年という歳月の間頑張ってきました。しかし、政府のブロックチェーン産業に対する規制や急変する法規にぶつかるなど、平坦な道のりではなかったですが、それに合わせたロードマップを修正しながら歩んできました。ですが、それだけで終わるような話ではありませんでした。

スマートコントラクトとはブロックチェーン上に記録された変更不可能な契約です。しかし、プロジェクトの目標と事業環境、収益性の観点から考えました。PlayCoinの初盤事業モデルをそのまま維持し名分を貫くことより、持続的なEco-System拡張および実質的収益創出ができるようにし、現在進行中の事業を改善して新規事業に結び付けることがPlayCoinの明るい未来を現実化することが最善の方法だと判断しました。これについて弊社はPlayCoinのビジネスモデルをグレードアップさせて頂きたいと考えました。

PlayCoinは発足以来、多くの企業に様々なプロジェクトを開発してまいりました。それらのプロジェクトの中には、弊社のテクノロジーを納品する形で終わる場合と、相手の企業様の成長の可能性が高いビジネスに投資を行った場合がありました。PlayCoinの新しい事業モデルとはパートナー社にクリプトプロジェクトを行い、持株社(ホールディングス)としての役割を果たすことでPlayCoin全体Eco-Systemの収益と構造が構築できます。そのためには他社様の素晴らしいプロジェクトを選別してPlayCoin Crypto Allianceに組み入れることを実施します。例えばPlayCoin Crypto Allianceに参加している企業様のプロジェクトの成長が鈍くなった場合、スピンオフ方式により脱退していただきます。さらに高い成功率が立証できるプロジェクトであるほど参加比重を高めるなど、Alliance内の構成と比率は効率的に常時再調整していきます。

PlayCoin Crypto Alliance(PLX)は

１　参加プロジェクトの収益の20%以上を四半期ごとにPLXを買収し、市場の流動PLX数量を漸進的に減らしていきます。

2　PLXと新規プロジェクト・トークン間の購買ができます。つまりトークンからPLXへ売買ができるので、ビッサムに上場するPLXを介して換金も可能です。

3　ビッサムに上場したらPLYからPLXへSWAPを行います。さらにPLXからご希望のプロジェクト・トークンへのSWAPも予定しておりますので、様々な収益に繋がる投資が可能になります。

PlayCoinは新しい事業構造アップグレードと共にPlayX(PlayCoin Crypto Alliance)でリブランディングし、取引所に再上場します。リブランディングしたPLX(PlayX)は、精巧に構造化したビジネススキームを用いり、事業の持続と収益を増大させることが目的なので、投資家やコインホルダーの方々にきっとご満足いただけると思います。様々なプロジェクトのクリプト連合としてはPLX(PlayX)がブロックチェーン市場において初のビジネスモデルになります。

智能合约是不能更改区块链上被记录数据的静态合约。但是，从项目的目标和商业环境、收益性的角度来看时，与其继续维持PlayCoin早期商业模式的名分，不如不断可能地扩张Eco-System和实现实质性的收益扩展/改善现行中的事业并拓展新的事业，这将是PlayCoin迈向更加光明未来的最佳方式。由此，我们决定升级（PIVOT）PlayCoin的商业模式。

PlayCoin自启动以来，与众多的合作伙伴们共同开展了多个项目。在众多的项目中有的项目只是采用了我们的技术，有的则是因其发展空间很大所以我们对其进行了投资。PlayCoin的新商业模式将通过合作伙伴和分公司Crypto项目的各种支援来实现控股公司和控股的角色，它的存在旨在灵活地维持PlayCoin整体Eco-System的收益与构造，前面提及的项目中只有被证实是实绩与发展空间高的案例才会被纳入PlayCoin Crypto Alliance。现在即使是被纳入PlayCoin Crypto Alliance的项目，若在今后的发展中未能达到预期发展的话将通过抽资脱离方式被淘汰，表现出更高可能性的项目将在任何时候以及在Alliance内部被更有效地进行重新配置。PlayCoin Crypto Alliance(PLX) 1）被纳入项目收益的20%将以上按照季度用于Token的Buy Back，以逐渐减少市场上流通PLX的数量， 2）尽可能实现使用PLX去购买新项目的Token，3）支持PLX->新项目Token的单向置换等，以便为PLX投资者和持有者们构建更丰富的收益模式。

现在PlayCoin不仅全新升级了商业构造，还将以重命名的 PlayX(PlayCoin Crypto Alliance)在交易所中重新上币。重命名的PLX(PlayX)将精巧地运用构造化的模式，通过扩大事业的持续性和收益性来满足投资者和持有人的需求。

多种项目的Crypto联盟是PLX（PlayX）亮相区块链市场的首个商业模型。
